Unconventional and intriguing psych rock from the UK. Released in 1987, this LP features a very unique style of psych rock with some goth and space rock tinges, but the experimental vein is present all the way. Unorthodox vocals and some repetitive riffs as well as an eerie atmosphere, provide the songs a charismatic appeal.
Webcore formed in 1984 and ended a few years later, releasing 2 lp's through Jungle Records and several self-released cassettes. There is not much information online about this band safe for an interview with the band's keyboardist, Paul Chousmer, that explains some of his music projects before and after Webcore. Influences vary a lot but some of the more flagrant and cited are Psychic TV, Siouxsie and the banshees, and Eno.
